Teneisha Douglas founded Aerial View after more than a decade of working with leaders, professionals, nonprofits, and community organizations. She has consistently seen the same challenge: people being asked to solve complex problems while standing too close to them. Aerial View was created to provide the space to zoom out and see the whole picture.
